Project Management

We currently manage projects nationally that ranges from full turnkey project, to single discipline projects. Project are managed from concept design, execution and sign-off. We are currently managing in excess of 500 new projects per year.

Our processes are fully geared to effectively overcome the many co-ordination and communication obstacles encountered in multi discipline projects and includes, and SHEQ control.

More than 70% of all project are constructed by in house teams, but we have an extensive sub contractor base that can assist in case of large role-out projects.

All personnel and support personnel are highly trained and highly experienced in all fields of Project Management.
